An integrated learning platform that brings together courses, consulting, and tracks — to build the person before the project.
That every Arab capable of building has a life project that defines their purpose and unlocks their potential.
To provide the methodology, knowledge, and consultants that walk alongside everyone who decides to build something that lasts beyond them.
Awareness before knowledge. Values before productivity. Family is part of the project. And work, before it is a career, is a calling.
In 2010, in a quiet corner of a bookshop shelf, a small 96-page book was published by Dar Al-Qalam. Its title looked striking at first glance — and quickly turned into a question that lingered with its readers: "Mashro Alomr" — The Project of a Lifetime.
It was written by Dr. Meshaal bin Abdulaziz Al-Falahi, who offered an idea both simple and profound: a "life project" is the work you choose for yourself — through which you serve your community and write your nation's chapter on this earth. Not a commercial venture, nor a passing career — but a calling that matches your capacities, that you spend the rest of your life learning and teaching, leaving behind an impact that outlasts you.
The book struck a chord with young readers across the Arab world. It moved from a small audience to circles of conversation, and from those circles to the workshops Dr. Meshaal began running in universities and forums.
After years of individual impact, Dr. Meshaal met the Egyptian entrepreneur Mahmoud Hussein, Founder & CEO of Bareeq Arabia and Farid Academy. In that meeting, Mahmoud asked one question that would change the project's trajectory:
"What if Mashro Alomr wasn't just a book — but a digital platform where every young Arab searching for their project could find the knowledge, the path, and the mentor, all in one place?"
The question was the spark. The vision crystallized over a series of working sessions: we didn't want a platform that lectures, but one that walks alongside. Not just content, but an experience that takes a founder by the hand — from the moment they begin searching for themselves, to the moment they build their project — passing through discovery, evaluation, planning, and execution.
And on this foundation, the Mashro Alomr platform was born as you see it today: five learning tracks, a network of certified mentors, courses and workshops, and a community that mirrors what Dr. Meshaal envisioned fifteen years ago — and what Mahmoud saw was possible.
We believe a successful project is not a goal — it is an impact. And the founder of a successful project is the one who builds themselves first. This conviction — which began as a single line in a book — is today a platform serving a generation.
Before you build anything outside, build your awareness of yourself and the world around you.
Values are your compass when numbers and circumstances change. They set your direction.
A project doesn't stand apart from the home. Family is part of your success — or part of your hidden cost.
Work is a fruit, not a destination. You master it because it's a calling — not just a paycheck.
Whether you're a learner, a mentor, or a partner — we have a place for you in the story.
